We reserve the right to use any photographs taken by us for the purposes of our self-promotion which includes but is not limited to our social media sites, websites and other general advertising. This includes the upload to any stock photography sites where the photographs may be sold on and appear on any publicity the purchaser may choose. If you have any objection to this process you must email me at stevelowreyphotography@gmail.com immediately on booking. Your objection will only valid if a reply is received by you noting your objections. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings should there be any objections received that may deem the photoshoot, not in the best interests of the photographer. Objections made after the photoshoot will not be valid unless the client can provide any compensation for any potential loss of earnings.
